Digital Products & Liturgical Folios
All liturgical folio acquisitions, including high-resolution photographic digital repositories, consecrated yantra schematics, translated Sanskrit treatises, and encrypted initiation study manuals, are classified as instantaneous digital assets.
Once a personalized cryptographic access link or PDF manuscript credential has been transmitted, the dakshina is definitive and strictly non-refundable.
Should a digital asset contain file corruption or broken rendering, the archivist will re-issue authenticated checksums within 24 hours.
Transmission logs maintained on Canadian sovereign servers constitute certified proof of delivery for digital liturgical material.

Private Telephone Guidance Consultations
Private spiritual consultations involve rigorous preceptor schedule reservations, preparatory chart and sadhana examination, and consecrated time allocation. Strict notice windows apply for all scheduled dialogues.
Rescheduling is accommodated without administrative penalty up to two (2) occurrences. Full cancellations requested with 48 hours notice receive a 100% refund less payment gateway settlement costs.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled slot incur a 50% minister preparation retainer. Missed calls without prior notification (no-shows) forfeit 100% of the consultation fee to cover committed preceptor time.
Currency, Settlement & Foreign Exchange
Mahakali Tantra Canada Inc. conducts fiduciary processing in either Canadian Dollars (CAD) or United States Dollars (USD), selectable by the student during tuition checkout.
We impose zero foreign conversion markup. All approved refunds are issued in the exact original currency and nominal amount transacted at checkout.
Students banking in international denominations remain subject to their card-issuing bank’s exchange variations between purchase and refund dates.
Processing & Administrative Inquiries
All cancellation tickets, medical cohort deferral requests, and dakshina reconciliations are reviewed by the Secretariat Council on consecutive Tuesday convenings. Refunds are routed directly to the original settlement instrument within 5 to 7 corporate banking days.
